1. Scope


This standard stipulates the maximum allowable emission concentration of industrial furnace dust, productive dust and harmful pollutants and the emission limit of smoke blackness according to the number of years.


This standard is applicable to the management of industrial furnaces using solid, liquid, gas fuel and electric heating except coking furnaces, incinerators and cement plants, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and emission management of industrial furnace construction projects.


1. Reference standard


The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by being quoted in this standard.

2. Definition


This standard adopts the following definitions


A. industrial furnaces


Industrial furnace refers to the thermal equipment that uses the heat generated by fuel combustion or electric energy conversion in industrial production to smelt, roast, sinter, melt and heat materials or workpieces.


B. Standard status


Refers to the state of flue gas at a temperature of 273K and a pressure of 101325Pa, which is referred to as "standard state" for short. The emission concentration specified in this standard refers to the value in dry flue gas under standard conditions.


C. unorganized emissions


Where smoke and dust, productive dust and related harmful pollutants are leaked without passing through the chimney or exhaust system, it is called unorganized discharge.


D. excess air coefficient


The ratio of actual air demand to theoretical air demand during fuel combustion.


E. air mixing coefficient


The air mixing coefficient of cupola refers to the ratio of the amount of air entering the furnace body from the charging port to the theoretical air demand of cupola process.


3. Technical content


A. Applicable areas of emission standards


A. This standard is Grade I, Grade II and Grade III, which correspond to the ambient air quality functional zones in GB 3095:


The first-class area implements the first-class standard;


The second class area implements the second class standard;


The third class area implements the third class standard.


B. In Class I areas, except temporary asphalt heating furnaces for municipal and building construction, it is forbidden to build new industrial furnaces, and the pollution load shall not be increased when the original industrial furnaces are rebuilt.


B. For various industrial furnaces and kilns installed before January 1, 1997 (including those that have not been installed, but the environmental impact report (table has been approved), the maximum allowable emission concentration of smoke dust and productive dust and the limit value of smoke blackness shall be implemented as specified in Table 1.
