In view of the requirements of domestic environmental protection, coal burning in small and medium kiln works to burn natural gas, in the light of low cost of transformation, full use of original equipment and automatic control to fully meet production needs, the company designed a set of modular natural gas combustion system and melting automatic control system. The operation of the whole system is simple and easy to learn. Fully meet the needs of environmental protection and upgrading of small and medium-sized glass projects.

The system has automatic alarm for natural gas leakage and automatic cut off of PLC control room. The vortex flowmeter and the regulating valve are measured and adjusted (PLC flow display, adjustment) on the natural gas flow (or single gun), and then changing to the ball valve for the small furnace natural gas reversing operation (PLC automatic control of the ball valve movement); when one side is closed to the natural gas, the cooling compressed air on the side is opened immediately, and the movement of the cooling compressed air on the side is opened immediately. It is controlled by valve (PLC automatic control cooling and reversing ball valve action). The backward natural gas is transported to the small spray gun branch pipe through the pipeline. The branch pipes are natural gas and cooling gas, respectively. A check valve with single gun cut off ball valve, adjusting valve before gun, check valve to prevent gas return is designed and connected with metal hose. A quick joint is designed between the metal hose and the air gun for the replacement of the spray gun under the hot condition. The natural gas lance is the R - G type, and the introduction of the most advanced natural gas combustion lance abroad is introduced. The spray gun is made of heat-resistant steel. The spray gun does not need compressed air atomization to reduce the amount of compressed air used. The spray gun is replaced by a small amount of compressed air for cooling. The design of the spray gun is equipped with a retaining plate to ensure the protection of the spray gun at high temperature. The advanced combined rack can realize omnidirectional adjustment and is convenient and quick. The combustion system performs the turnkey key project and on-site training to ensure that users can learn to operate in a short time.
