Baisheng Technology Year-end Review and Commendation Meeting in 2022

On January 14th, Baisheng Technology held a year-end review in the newly-built office building of Shiqiu Processing Base. At the meeting, the heads of various departments carefully searched for the shortcomings in their work around the completion of KPI values in their own departments, and made in-depth analysis of the shortcomings, and formulated the work objectives and work ideas for 2023.

Chairman Duanmu made a review of the work summary of each department. Under the epidemic situation at home and abroad, the amount of sales contracts signed and sales receipts increased, and all projects were completed according to the acceptance node. He fully affirmed the achievements in 2022, and pointed out the problems and shortcomings in the work of various departments. He asked all departments to earnestly perform their duties, adjust their work ideas, pay attention to details, implement measures, and fully accomplish the goals and tasks in 2023.

On January 15th, Baisheng Technology held the 2022 annual summary and commendation meeting in Xipushihong Hotel, and more than 150 people including all employees and representatives of partners attended the meeting. Chairman Duanmu summed up the company's work in 2022 with the words "sour, sweet, bitter and spicy" at the meeting. In 2022, it was a hard year. In addition, we were affected by the global epidemic, unable to go abroad freely, and the expansion of the international market was blocked. In such a big environment, how to open up the market and create value for customers, internally, we changed our thinking, strengthened project management and process management, and achieved a sales performance of 132 million yuan, an increase of 10% over last year. Thank you very much for the joint efforts of all employees and cooperative units. At the meeting, employees, teams, projects, departments and cooperative partners who have made outstanding performance in 2022 were commended, and their efforts and abilities were affirmed and thanked.

Baisheng Technology has gone through a relatively stable development stage. It is necessary to make a good strategic plan for the company, strengthen the training of technical talents, establish and improve the management mechanism of the company, and comprehensively implement performance appraisal so that some people can get rich first.

2023 is a year of embracing opportunities: it is a year of prosperity and innovation to open up the epidemic, go abroad and explore the international market; In January, we successfully signed an order of 260 million yuan, which made a good start for Baisheng to achieve sales of 400 million yuan and earn more than 40 million US dollars through export in 2023. Chairman Duanmu requested that the company's leading group and all Baisheng employees should be good at learning, summing up and putting forward, and comprehensively improve the overall quality of employees. Focusing on improving product quality, creating value for customers, exploring the international market and realizing employees' dreams, we will fully complete the KPI in 2023.
